What aspect of your store makes you the most proud? Our wide variety of books and merchandise.
What do you do that is innovative within your store? We do some invite-only promotions for our customers.
What has been your best in-store promotion? Our "hand turkey" contest and our Black Friday weekend event.
What has been your best out-of-store or cross-promotion? Facebook.
What recent changes have you made in the store? We are carrying more DVDs now that the big box stores have cut back, and we are also offering more Gundam.
What are your plans for the near future? We plan to move to a bigger space and also increase our online presence.
How did you choose your store name? We started the store as “Pop Kulture”, but once we moved our product line more towards anime and manga we changed the name to more reflect our product mix (but also kept part of the original name).
