What has been your best promotion or event? Our local convention, the Calgary Comic Con, has been the best for us.
What recent changes have you made in the store? We expanded the size of the store and we are always adding new products to the mix.
What steps have you taken to expand your customer base or to reach out to individuals unfamiliar with your store or comics in general? Social media has been effective, and we rely heavily on word-of-mouth and the foot traffic from being in the largest mall in the city.
What are your plans for the near future? Bear down for Christmas season!
What superpower would you most like to have? The ability to fly.
