GG Studio Design Debuts Comics Line in March PREVIEWS

Italy based publisher GG Studio Design was founded in 2004 by a group of people who shared a passion for comics and visual arts in general. Through the cooperative efforts of a wide variety of writers, designers, sculptors, and painters, the Group seeks to implement new ideas and projects to the broad field of entertainment, and is mainly engaged in the creation of comic books, video games and advertising.

In the March PREVIEWS, GG Studio Design hits the ground running with two stunning, all-new titles: the grim and gritty fantasy tale One #1 (MAR100971E, $2.99) and satirically surreal Route des Maisons Rogues #1 (MAR100972E, $2.99).

The five-part One is set in a world where the lust for war had been vanquished, but a hunger for power is rising once more that can only be quenched with blood. War is looming once more, and four heroes – Faras, Haggarth, Omir and Masdin – begin their dire quest for the glimmer of hope known as a  legendary sword that lies waiting for the great battle to come – “The One.”

Suggested for Mature Readers, the four-issue Route is set in a surreal Parisian neighborhood where five brothels compete for control. The hot – and hot-headed tenants – are caught up in a five-way battle to make their maison the most powerful of all. It's all fun and games until the slimy mayor enters the picture...  Now, the girls have seemingly found a common enemy big enough to make them forget their differences and work together.
