How was your Halloween ComicFest event? It was great! We had a big costume contest, great turnout
What has been your best promotion or event? Halloween Comic Fest, it’s the only one we’ve done so far
What recent changes have you made in the store? More recent backstock out in the store, more trades
What steps have you taken to expand your customer base or to reach out to individuals unfamiliar with your store or comics in general? Always expanding our selection, but I think the most important thing we’ve done is our customer service, taking the customer service style from the food industry and applying it with our retail store.
What are your plans for the near future? We will soon be adding some more shelving for more books and some peg boards for smaller toys.
How did you choose your store name? It came to Tim in a dream….seriously
What superpower would you most like to have? Flight
