Titan Comics is pleased to announce that thanks to incredible fan and retailer demand, Life is Strange #1 (on sale in comic shops now) is being rushed to a second print with an all-new cover to ensure fans will be able pick up the continuing adventures of Max and Chloe.
This second printing of Issue #1 - which drops alongside Issue #2 (on sale December 19, 2018) - comes with a variation on the original Cover A by Claudia Leonardi and features Life is Strange fan-favorites Max and Chloe in both realities.
This week, Titan brings Square Enix’s critically-acclaimed Life is Strange videogame to comics – written by Emma Vieceli, with art by Claudia Leonardi – and sees the return of Max and Chloe from the first game. The comic story picks up a year after one heart-breaking ending of the critically-acclaimed videogame, after Max fatefully chose Chloe over Arcadia Bay.
“We’re delighted that Life is Strange #1 has gone to a second printing so quickly,” said editor Andrew James. “The reaction from fans has been overwhelming since we released our first glimpse at the covers, not to mention our comic book teaser trailer. I’m so proud of the work the creative team has done on this story, and I’m thrilled any fans who’ve missed out on a print copy today will still be able to jump on and catch up. And this subtly-tweaked cover, now showing the reflections of both Max and Chloe, is a lovely nod to the time-twisting storyline between the covers.”
Life is Strange Issue #1 (SEP181998) is on sale now at comic shops. Life is Strange #2 (OCT181949) and the second printing of Issue #1 (OCT188127) will hit comic shop on Wednesday, December 19, 2018.
